Itaberco compounds are a naturally flavored and colored, concentrates. When making my filling for a coconut cake, I used the Black cherry compound. For around 2 cups of filling, I used ¼ teaspoon. The aroma was incredible and the flavor perfectly balanced the fresh plums, a little goes a long way. These compounds are perfect for cookies, cakes, buttercream and more.
