We wanted to share some life history for our friend DUG the Gopher DUG was born in Maple Ridge BC, April 1 2014 to parents DUG SR and DUGINA- He had a normal childhood however was severely injured in a car accident at the age of 3 . After extensive surgery and many bionic implants he did survive thankfully.- Gophers typically only live for 1-3 years however with all the bionics DUG will live forever.- Currently DUG is single however is definitely out there, so, Hey Girls. Gopher names are always in capital letters so they can be seen easily.

Itaberco Flavor Compounds
Itaberco compounds are a naturally flavored and colored, concentrates. When making my filling for a coconut cake, I used the Black cherry compound. For around 2 cups of filling, I used ¼ teaspoon. The aroma was incredible and the flavor perfectly balanced the fresh plums, a little goes a long way. These compounds are perfect for cookies, cakes, buttercream and more.
