Everyone at Itaberco has been working hard at making sure we are developing the highest quality products and ingredients while continuing our mission of creating meaningful relationships.
What we would like to share with you today, is a new chapter in Itaberco’s product line – Flavor Compounds.
In an effort to simplify and improve our flavor line, we have spent the last two years carefully reviewing our products, focusing on creating quality, consistency and versatility.
We have redesigned, redeveloped and improved our line of flavorings into this single, concise category.
These Flavor Compounds can be used across several applications, including pastry and bakery, gelato and ice cream, soft serve, confections and even beverages.
These flavors are made from natural ingredients and use fruit and vegetable juice for color, as opposed to artificial dyes, giving them incredible vibrancy while maintaining a clean label.
In the past, Itaberco offered various flavoring products that have included our line of Gelato and Sorbetto Flavors, our Specialty Flavors, or our Compounds. These previous flavors will be replaced by Itaberco’s new Flavor Compounds, which will be launching in March of 2022.
Given all the changes we have been making, there will be changes in certain applications to the recipe or the measurement that you need to use. To better assist our customers in the transition period, we have put together updated guide sheets, recipe handbooks, and training material to help you learn which flavors and at what quantities they should be used for your application. We also have a dedicated team of pastry chefs, food scientists, and our sales support who are always available to help you with your specific questions and needs. Moving forward, these flavors will be available in two packaging formats – 5 kilogram pails and 1 kilogram jars. Our smaller format packaging makes it easier for customers to explore new flavors without having to commit to a large quantity.
As with anything that is new, trying products for yourself is very important. Therefore, we encourage you to request a sample of any of our Flavor Compounds, free of charge.
