We wanted to provide a quick update on the changing landscape of tariff impacts we have seen
to date.

Unfortunately, the impacts of reciprocal tariffs are still a moving target for our brokers. We see
many item classifications categories that have tariffs applied to only some items and not all.

So far Reciprocal Tariffs are applying to the following items:

• Sprinkles, Quins, Nonpareils and blends of these products
• Cupcake Rings & Lay-ons with (COO) Country of Origin USA
• Promotional Labelling
• Edible Image Printers
• Scales COO USA
• Equipment COO USA

We are currently working on Canadian vendors for the Sprinkles and like products, more to
come on this soon.

We also have significant stock in items that have no tariffs applied, feel free to ask about these
items.
